Le Mura XL enhances the timeless character of Mario Bellini’s design – reissued by Tacchini in 2022 in full respect of its original spirit – by expanding the size and types of modules to create increasingly comfortable and versatile configurations.

Le Mura XL expands upon Mario Bellini’s design ethos of comfort, increasing the seat depth and including soft cushions to bring comfort into a more domestic dimension, meant to be enjoyed with friends and family. New elements — including corner units and chaise longues — enable furnishing of larger spaces, further emphasising the versatility of the original project, an icon of radical 1970s design that combines modules of various shapes and sizes in endlessly variable configurations.
