Jonas Wagell imagines a family of sofas inspired by the soft curve of a semicircular shape. Roma is a “classic” project, even in name, recalling 1950s design, not in a mannerist way, but in an attentive and refined reinterpretation. The sofa seems almost suspended on slender legs that support the wide, enveloping seat: the stylistic lines recall the elegance of the past, balancing comfort, hospitality, and contemporary lightness.
